12.3 ph111 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or that it will be free from security vulnerabilities at all times. ph111 will take reasonable steps to minimise service disruptions and notify Players of planned maintenance where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ph111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
13.1 ph111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
